Brett has joined the Plainville Junior High Track Team this year! We are so proud of him. He has gone to every practice, not complained a bit, and really seems to be enjoying it. He had his first meet yesterday. I took off work early, picked up Jake and we headed to Wakeeney (an hour away). Chris was training a new officer and couldn't go. We got there just in time to see Brett do the High Jump. He did really well and placed 6th. He also ran in the 75m. He was part of the 800 Meter Relay which took 2nd Place and the Medley Relay which also took 2nd Place! Way to go Cards! Way to run, son!
It was awesome watching him run. I almost didn't recognize him out there!
